Since opening our doors in 1987, Southington Family Medical Center (SFMC), has provided over 20 years of quality care and service to the communities of central Connecticut, guided by the same mission which has been the cornerstone of medical care in the area.

This mission is to provide Southington and outlying communities with high quality comprehensive health care services in an environment that is compassionate, private, understanding, and open to continuous improvement.  To this end SFMC has built a reputation rooted in ease of access to its committed staff, range of on-site services and response to patient feedback.

In an effort to render the highest quality of care, we believe our doors should always be open to our patients, both new and established.  While offices elsewhere often ask patients to be seen by staff other than doctors, patients seeking care at Southington Family Medical Center are treated exclusively by physicians.
